DIGITAL STORYTELLING & MOVIE-MAKING

Students can script, film, and edit their own short films and videos. They learn how to plan scenes, use basic camera techniques, and work with editing software to bring their ideas to the screen. It’s a fun way for students to build confidence, communication skills, and digital know-how.

Lights, Camera, Action!—Create Movie Magic

At GEERS Exceptional Education Center, students dive into the world of digital storytelling and movie-making, learning how to craft their own scripts, shoot scenes, and edit footage. They explore the art of visual storytelling, using cameras and editing software to bring their ideas to life. This hands-on approach helps students develop communication skills, creativity, and a deeper understanding of how movies and digital media are made.
